You can serve New York helping individuals when they are most in need by becoming an Emergency Medical Technician after training at EMT Training, Inc. It is organized as a guide for visitors to inform you about the most important products and services that we offer. It is about our mission in critical objectives performances and which elements we must learn in order to become successfully certified. More detailed in the following pages. E.M.T. Training, Inc has been doing it's part in training medical professionals for over 10 years in New York.  With decades of experience in the field emergency medical services, the instructor has a wide range of knowledge. The new training facility has recently been relocated offering more learning space to accommodate an ever growing profession.As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you will be part of an Emergency Medical Systems. The EMT is a professional provider. Law regarding your responsability or duty to act vary from State to State. Each State has a standard of care or minimum accepted care. This means that your performance will be judged based on what is expected of someone with your training and experience. When you begin to care for a patient, you have the responsibility to continue care until you are relieved by equally or more highly trained personnel or until you have transferred the patient and patient information to the staff of a medical facility. Other ways. If you start care, you may be charged with abandonment.

 

Their Regulars Duties

Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedic, work under physical, emotional, and intellectual strees. Using special training to assest and care for the immediate medical patients, and to transport safety to the hospital. EMT's are trained and certified to perform trauma and life support activities. Meanwhile, Paramedics have invasive medical training to provide acute life support.

Using appropriate techniques for Freeing Trapped Victims, Determining the nature & extent of injuries or illness, Responding to calls for emergency services, Coordinating actions with others departments like the public health providers, Providing medical care needed before & during transporting the patient to a hospital, As a certified EMT we perform basic life support, including CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), ALS as a certified EMT-P, we perform acute life support to patients, which is in addition to all EMT basic skills. 

We can communicate with doctors for the appropriate treatment procedures, and make arrangements for receiving the patient.We can place patients on stretchers, lifting them into and out the ambulance, securing them for safety transport. We determine the safest and quickest route to the receiving hospital. We observe, record and report the patient's condition, we keep detailed records of the treatment given while is in our care. we keep and maintain the unit equipment update. As part of our continued education, we must to participate every three years. We would work indoor or outdoors, and especially in all kind of weather conditions and sometimes at dangerous accident scenarious.

We will need the ability to use good judgement and we must whenever the situation remain calmed in all circuntances, while acting and thinking quickly must be vital to this job.

Strength, physical fitness, stamina, and we must observe a mechanical and technical aptitude are in the most necessary.

Job Requirements

A valid Driver;s license; for the post-effect class E or upgraded B.L.S - Certificate ( Basic Life Support) C.P.R - Certificate ( Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation)  Must important a valid EMT Certificate.
